The first edition of Spoon GOT talent/Game night was recently organized by us.
Contestants of any age demonstrated whatever talent they had. Amongst our team we discovered that we had amazing
singers, a magician, gymnasts, dancers, and someone capable of doing a captivating one man show.
On the live show, our participants seek to impress the public and judges to secure votes to win a
special prize. While there does not always have to be a winner or a loser designated for each spoon
got talent, it’s a good boost of confidence every once in a while, for all of us to feel like a winner.
That confidence then turns into happiness, which is an instant mood enhancer for all.
Think about the last time you have set down and played a game. Has it been in the last year? Two
years?
Maybe not even since you were a child? There seems to be a correlation between the rise of
technology and the decline of games. Which is why in parallel, a game night was also hosted which
comprised of cards, carom, dominos and of course Jenga in view of giving our employees additional
opportunities to connect with each other and maintaining a strong bond.
We then decided to make spoon got talent/Game night a tradition.
The great thing about atradition? It is something planned and guaranteed to happen without any interruptions.
