Context
A leading French energy transition specialist provides integrated solutions for complex home renovation projects. The group relies on its Salesforce CRM as a strategic foundation to strengthen customer relationships and optimize daily operations across its network.
Challenges
The client operated across three distinct Salesforce organizations with multiple squads, making API reusability a critical concern. They needed to manage the pagination of voluminous API returns and process millions of records within tight timeframes. Additionally, the company required expert guidance to prioritize its API roadmap and establish strict access controls for exposed data.
The Solution
The implemented architecture utilized MuleSoft to orchestrate seamless data flows. The solution enabled the real-time publication of Salesforce events to Fintecture for payment processing, alongside the synchronization of visit data for heat pump installations, which included account, file, and document creation.
Our Contribution
Our team developed the system APIs for Fintecture online payments and custom APIs for real-time Salesforce CRM synchronization. We designed an aggregation pattern to consolidate data from multiple sources directly into the CRM. Furthermore, we established an automated CI/CD deployment pipeline and formulated a comprehensive error management strategy—spanning both batch and real-time processes—for future analysis and reporting.
