Le Passage 2021

4 months have already gone by since Spoon Consulting has promoted its employees and marked a milestone in their career. To recognise their hard work and dedication over the years, it was high time to celebrate their success. For that, our promoted employees went for, what we famously call, “Le Passage”, at Spoon Consulting.

This year, the event was held at The Ravenala Attitude Hotel. As the name suggests, “Le Passage” is the transition from a role to a new one. To help its employees better understand why they have been promoted, the managing and administrative teams have organized an interactive session around a mocktail during which they discussed the skills and competences, behaviors and values, and leadership skills they have acquired.

Following that, our promotees shared their most stressful moments at work and how they overcame that stress. To make things fun, a panel of jurors was set up to vote for the 3 most touching stories and the 3 lucky winners received a 2-day package at the hotel for 2 persons each. The others did not leave empty-handed either, since everyone received a JBL Charge 5 as a token of appreciation.

To finish off the passage, they had to end the night with good food, and of course, drinks, to toast to their success.
