Context

A leading French association of corporate treasurers serves as the primary reference point for finance professionals involved in treasury, financing, and financial risk management.

Challenges

The association wanted to launch highly effective and personalized email campaigns. A major requirement was to ensure precise tracking of all corporate communications regarding upcoming events and training management. Ultimately, the organization sought to significantly increase its membership renewal rate to align with its strategic growth objectives.

The Solution

The implemented solution centered on Pardot marketing automation and Salesforce Sales Cloud. Additional technologies included Talend for data integration and Conga Sign for secure electronic signatures.

Our Contribution

Our team successfully executed a Sales Cloud integration with Pardot. We optimized and structured the client’s contact database. Furthermore, we defined and implemented automated registration scenarios for events and training, which included custom workflows and list segmentations. To support these marketing campaigns, we created specific email templates and auto-responses. We also configured tracking links and KPIs to closely monitor membership renewal conversions. Finally, we deployed an electronic signature module.

Benefits

The Pardot marketing automation significantly accelerated and automated administrative processes. The association can now automatically dispatch training agreements, attendance sheets, and evaluations. By optimizing these communications, the organization fosters the exchange of best practices to support the transformation of corporate finance professions.
