Context

A prominent French B2B smart data provider supplies enriched information on over 200,000 corporate decision-makers. Their core solution delivers direct contact details and executive biographies, empowering sales teams with actionable intelligence. To expand their market reach, the company required a robust integration bridging their proprietary smart data with their clients’ CRM environments.

Challenges

The primary objective was to transform the end-clients’ CRM into a powerful B2B prospecting data lever. To achieve this, the provider needed to design an application that could natively inject their enriched intelligence into the Salesforce ecosystem while meeting strict security and performance standards.

The Solution

The chosen technological foundation was Salesforce Sales Cloud. The project was approached from an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) perspective to build a scalable, secure, and commercially viable package.

Our Contribution

We provided strategic consulting and end-to-end implementation to integrate the client’s product into Sales Cloud. Our team defined the product roadmap and developed the Sales Cloud connector using customized lightning components to ensure a seamless user experience. We managed the package design adhering to strict Salesforce security standards, successfully navigating the comprehensive security review required for the Salesforce AppExchange integration. Furthermore, we integrated external services, authored the technical documentation, and provided professional services and installation support directly to the end clients.
