Context
A specialized SaaS image management provider offers an application on the AppExchange dedicated to optimizing image use cases, such as field interventions, store surveys, and customer support. The company designed its product to be the ideal complement to Salesforce, integrating across all modules to automate image-related actions through straightforward or advanced configurations.
Challenges
As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV), the client needed to ensure seamless integration into various Salesforce modules and mobile applications. Accommodating mobile usage in the field was a primary operational requirement. Furthermore, the company required a robust multi-tenant architecture and a reliable continuous integration pipeline to scale its services effectively.
The Solution
To address these technical requirements, the implemented solution combined hybrid architecture mobile applications with Lightning Web Components. The backend infrastructure relied heavily on a scalable multi-tenant architecture hosted on Heroku and AWS.
Our Contribution
We guided the product strategy design and identified key use cases to drive the AppExchange solution development. Our team automated engagement processes on the platform, alongside client onboarding and renewal workflows. We implemented targeted automated test scenarios and a comprehensive continuous integration process. Additionally, we delivered self-service features for solution personalization and currently provide 24/7 support for their global client base.
