Context
A prominent French energy services provider, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating equipment, needed to scale its digital operations. With a network of over 70 agencies nationwide, the company is recognized for its innovative B2B and B2C offerings. To maintain its market leadership, the organization required a unified platform to manage customer interactions and field operations efficiently.
Challenges
Following the initial creation of a core digital solution, the client faced a significant operational hurdle: executing a complex HVAC digital transformation by deploying the new platform across 50 agencies within a strict 9-month window. The primary challenge was to migrate massive volumes of data and onboard new branches without causing downtime or disrupting the daily operations of agencies that were already live on the system.
The Solution
To meet these scale and timeline demands, a robust architecture based on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Cloud was utilized, alongside a custom mobile application for technicians. To connect this modern cloud infrastructure with the localized legacy systems of each agency, Talend was deployed as the core integration middleware.

Spoon Consulting orchestrated the end-to-end Energy sector multi-cloud deployment strategy. Our team designed an industrialized data migration process, successfully injecting over 1 million records in 13 controlled waves. We also managed the complex Talend integrations for each agency’s back-office and prepared highly contextualized training materials based on real-world data to accelerate user adoption.
