Context
A global insurance and asset management leader, boasting over 70 million clients worldwide including 8 million in France, sought to modernize its operations. The organization’s primary ambition was to completely overhaul its platform used by inspectors across various networks to manage and track its intermediaries.
Challenges
The core challenge was to establish a reliable platform dedicated to tracking commercial relationships with the company’s intermediaries. Moving into recent phases, the organization faced the critical need to significantly improve overall data quality. Furthermore, the client needed to optimize interactions and ensure seamless access to crucial business data to drive operational decision-making.
The Solution
To address these complex needs, the deployed solution utilized Sales Cloud as the core operational platform. This was augmented with Tableau for advanced data visualization and Einstein OCR for intelligent capabilities. Additionally, necessary integrations with external systems were facilitated through Talend.
Our Contribution
Our experts were responsible for the end-to-end design of the solution, ensuring a robust and scalable platform over time. Utilizing an Agile approach, we successfully managed the delivery of two major releases per year while meticulously defining target processes and the data model. Our contribution included executing custom developments and managing complex integrations via Talend. We ensured strict adherence to Salesforce standards, delivered new business functionalities, and provided extensive deployment assistance, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live support.
