Context

A global insurance and asset management leader, recognized as one of the world’s top groups with over 100 million clients across 57 countries, selected Salesforce technologies to power its marketing and distribution solutions. To support its ongoing growth and operational efficiency, the organization required a comprehensive CRM consolidation strategy.

Challenges

The organization’s primary ambition was to merge two different subsidiary companies, each operating with distinct environments and business processes. These two entities utilized different business models: one focused on contract management and online signatures for service providers, while the other managed contracts, online signatures, and invoicing. The main challenge was to harmonize these operations into a single platform without disrupting ongoing business.

The Solution

To address these complex consolidation needs, the implemented solution was built on Salesforce Sales Cloud. Additionally, Universign was integrated to manage the critical online signature requirements across the new unified platform.

Our Contribution

We managed the end-to-end design of the solution, starting with a thorough comparison and analysis of the target processes. Our experts upgraded these processes to strictly align with Salesforce standards. A major part of the project involved the mutualization of user profiles, roles, groups, and sharing rules to fit the new architecture. We seamlessly integrated evolving external services and provided extensive support to the client’s internal teams. Furthermore, we delivered comprehensive documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) assistance, and go-live stabilization.
