A global insurance and asset management group, boasting over 100 million clients across 57 countries, selected Salesforce technologies to power its marketing and distribution solutions. As part of an ambitious international CRM rollout, the organization required a trusted partner to build and deploy robust multi-cloud platforms across several key growth markets in Asia.
Challenges
The primary challenge of this multi-country Salesforce implementation was adapting the core system to function seamlessly across diverse markets, specifically Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. The client needed a flexible architecture capable of managing complex data migration and supporting a large, distributed user base of 700 individuals while ensuring Lightning compatibility and high performance.
The Solution
To address these global operational needs, the implemented solution featured a comprehensive suite including Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Experience Cloud. This technology stack provided the necessary foundation for the international Salesforce multi-cloud deployment.
Our Contribution
Our experts managed the end-to-end design and construction of the solution. We conducted rigorous pre-delivery testing and provided extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support. Data migration was successfully handled utilizing Talend. Our technical contributions included the integration of Lightning components , Chatter , Service Console , and Web-to-case functionalities. Furthermore, we implemented specific developments to ensure the system was Lightning compatible and capable of managing multiple asynchronous calls simultaneously.
