In the fast-paced world of consulting and project management, administrative overhead can often slow down delivery. One of the most persistent bottlenecks? Contract review.
At Spoon Consulting, we have observed a recurring pattern among our clients: the need to rapidly verify contractual documents against specific internal rules without spending hours reading every line. To solve this, we are leveraging the power of Salesforce and Agentforce to bring AI directly into the document lifecycle.
Here is how we are changing the game with LLM technology.
TL;DR:
Spoon Consulting is transforming contract management by integrating Salesforce Agentforce and AI (LLM) to automate compliance checks.
We have developed a recurring client use case where an intelligent agent instantly analyzes documents (like NDAs and SOWs) to verify dates, parties, and deliverables, replacing manual review with a simple one-click solution.

The Challenge: The Compliance Bottleneck
Whether it is a Statement of Work (SOW), a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or a Master Service Agreement (MSA), every document needs to be vetted. Is the start date correct? Are the deliverables clearly defined? Are the payment terms compliant?
Manually checking these details is prone to human error and consumes valuable time. This is where our new Agentforce use case comes in.
The Solution: Automated Compliance Checking
We have implemented a seamless compliance checker directly within our “OneEye” environment. By integrating Salesforce Agentforce, we have transformed a manual process into a simple, one-click action.
How it works:
- Open the Document: The user opens a contractual document (PDF) stored in the system (e.g., “Contrat 2025”).
- Activate the Agent: The user simply clicks the “Check” button within the interface.
- AI Analysis: Behind the scenes, an LLM (Large Language Model) processes the unstructured text of the contract.
- Instant Feedback: Agentforce returns a detailed compliance report instantly.
A Closer Look at the Agent’s Capabilities

As seen in our internal implementation, the agent doesn’t just give a “Yes” or “No.” It provides a granular analysis with an overall compliance score (e.g., 89%).
The agent scans for specific clauses and validates them:
- Dates: It verifies the Start and End dates and cites the exact page number (e.g., page 18) where they are found.
- Entities: It confirms the “Parties Involved” (e.g., ALPHA SCALE and SPOON CONSULTING LTD).
- Scope & Deliverables: It checks if the “Scope of Services” and “Deliverables” are explicitly defined. Note: The agent is smart enough to flag warnings, such as when deliverables are only “implied” rather than explicitly listed.
- Financials: It locates the “Pricing and Payment Schedule” within the specific article of the contract.
This feature currently supports various document types including Contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and “Clauses Contractuelles Types” (CCT).
Why This Matters for Your Business
This isn’t just a “Spoon” feature; it is a recurring use case we see across our client base. By utilizing Salesforce and AI, businesses can:
- Reduce Risk: Ensure no critical clause is missing.
- Save Time: Free up project managers and legal teams to focus on high-value tasks.
- Standardize Review: Apply the same rigorous standards to every document, every time.
Going Further with Document Intelligence
While our internal Agentforce implementation handles essential compliance checks efficiently, some businesses require even deeper document analysis, multi-document cross-referencing, and advanced extraction capabilities.
For organizations looking to push the boundaries of what AI can do with documentation, we recommend exploring our partner, DocMana. They specialize in next-generation document intelligence solutions.
