Pour reconna\u00eetre leur travail acharn\u00e9 et leur d\u00e9vouement au fil des ann\u00e9es, il \u00e9tait grand temps de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer leur succ\u00e8s. Pour cela, nos employ\u00e9s promus ont v\u00e9cu ce que nous appelons fi\u00e8rement \u201c Le Passage \u201d, chez Spoon Consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 l'h\u00f4tel The Ravenala Attitude. Comme son nom l'indique, \u201cLe Passage\u201d est la transition d'un r\u00f4le \u00e0 un nouveau. Afin d'aider ses collaborateurs \u00e0 mieux comprendre pourquoi ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 promus, les \u00e9quipes de direction et administratives ont organis\u00e9 une session interactive autour d'un mocktail durant laquelle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9es les comp\u00e9tences et aptitudes, les attitudes et valeurs, ainsi que les qualit\u00e9s de leadership qu'ils ont acquises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 cela, nos promus ont partag\u00e9 leurs moments de stress les plus intenses au travail et la mani\u00e8re dont ils avaient surmont\u00e9 ce stress. Pour pimenter le tout, un jury a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9 pour voter pour les 3 histoires les plus touchantes, et les 3 heureux gagnants ont re\u00e7u chacun un forfait de 2 jours \u00e0 l'h\u00f4tel pour 2 personnes.
